Day 2 of my old power lifting routine. Side note, definitely sore from yesterday. Again use heavy weight
1. Shoulder press 4-9
2. Barbell curls 4-8
2. Press downs 4-8
3. Upright rows 4-8
3. Dumbbell shoulder press 3-8
4. Reverse curls 3-8
4. Lat raises 3-8
5. Abs & pushups
