1 hour of TRX, push-ups, rope, and heavy tire. 30 second on/off intervals. 2-30 minute AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible)

TRX push-ups (hands on handles)
" rows 
" jump squats
Rope slams (small)
" jumping jacks
" alternating (small)
Heavy tire flips
"flip it back to starting position
"pulls (hand over hand)

2.
Feet on tire push-ups
Tire pulls (hand over hand)
" flip once, jump through, flip back
" sledge hammer 
Rope slams (big)
" jumping jacks
" alternating (big) 
TRX rows
" reverse flys
" tricep ext.
