All chest today, and let me tell you, this was the first time I was sore after a chest workout in a long time. It's called the Iron Marathon and I got it from one of my favorite Trainers, CT Fletcher out at MetroflexLBC.
My client and I both used 165lbs
Do one rep then touch the rack but don't completely rack it then do 2 reps touch 3.. etc all the way to 20. Don't lower the weight, I recommend you use a spotter once u get up in reps. The total reps will be 210. DO IT AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE.
Use a weight that you know will be challenging at higher reps
