Welcome neighbors, if you haven't read the "about me" my name is Eric. I live here in Oakwood/Overlook and am a personal trainer and nutrition specialist. I would like to offer you a chance, starting this Spring, to improve your WELTH (Wellness and Health). I'm offering group training classes along with a personalized nutrition plan for anyone that is interested. This offer is for ANYONE who lives here, any age, any body type.
The cost of the class is only $20 for one hour of group training. Training in a group environment, with a friend or a group of friends is great way to keep yourself accountable for staying on track with your goals. However, the training is only one part of a more important aspect, nutrition. You can come workout every day but if you're not eating the right foods you're not going to get results you're happy with.
That's why I want to give you a customized nutrition plan to follow while on your training program. The key to losing weight, gaining muscle, or a better general health is to eat right. Eating right does not mean one meal a day, it is a complete life style change to the way you eat and prepare your meals. It takes a little more time to prepare than going out to eat or eating that bag of chips but its definitely healthier. You will notice you have more energy, sleep better and have more drive in general. Not to mention the benefits if you have high blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes or a number of other health problems.
Classes will be offered Monday-Wednesday @6, 7, 8am.
